Just a small correction. Blutopia is not a FRENCH tracker. Blutopia is not created by the owner of Blu-Bits. It created by the owner/coder of a now gone site, blu-torrents.net aka BluRG.xyz. Blu-Bits was brought in on the new codebase and site launch of Blutopia because Blu-Bits was not doing that well activity wise. So the owner of Blu-Bits was given the offer to merge user base into new Blutopia and Administer the site.
