No idea about China in HDBits !ate. If someone can confirm I will add it.
Banned country means that any IP range of a specific country is blocked and users cannot signup. Some trackers even let you sign up and then disable the account.

I'm a little confused, IPT and TorrentDay are on this list for the UK because of the high court injunction on their domains?

It's probably also worth noting that this ruling only compels 6 ISPs to block their domain names: https://torrentfreak.com/uk-piracy-b...d-more-141127/

Yes. It should be clearly stated that IPT and TD are ISP issued bans, not from the tracker/owners itself.

Seems that: Avistaz, Cinemaz, Exoticaz, and AnimeTorrents restricted access to Sign-up to some countries in South Asia!

If i understand correctly, the OP has stopped updating the List since 2019 and hasnt been active since 2021. I really think it would be useful to keep this updated or create an entirely new one. Would also recommend that members add this guide to their GA to ensure people from banned countries are not getting invites. Some trackers DO NOT even like sign in with VPN either so this is important as you dont want to risk losing your invites or account...

This thread needs to be updated.
