I don't agree that PTP have good encodes as they have only 1 internal called HANDJOB which encodes are not that good
almost all other files especially new are for SCENE and P2P teams found in all other trackers

1.elbitz : should be more than 2 in my opinion ..at least 4 or 5 ..very good quality elearning materials..it's definitely better than bitspyder.. no invite system ..
2. biztorrents : should be added with 5 or 6 level..it has a lot of good business materials ..ratio is easy..bonus ..no invites system..hasn't opened since a year i think.

TorrentShack is online but just a shadow of what is was before. It's like a 2 or maximum a 3 now.
FileList is amazing indeed, but not Lv. 5 because you can buy Upload and Invites. Lv. 4 is fine I think and Lv. 3 too low.

I don't see why Freshon has not risen to Lv. 5 yet in light of their rapid growth. There's literally no argument against it in my opinion. The speed on their torrents is amazing, they have competitions and their staff is really nice. And they aren't missing any releases. DIMENSION, WEB-DL, BluRay, DVDRips, you name it. They have it all.

I also think that PolishSource is much better than they say, has an impressive collection of DVD5 and DVD9 , without ratio, and torrents are well seeded even if they are for years THERE..Deserve at least to move from level 2 to 4..

For PTP I agree 100%. Their staffers are insane but PTP is the best movie tracker with not doubt.
