On norbits.net I get an invite , I signup, answer 10 question to let me to download then they disable my account.
Bulgaria and Romania are banned but not sign up, I'm 100% sure.
Please review tracker with country banned.

Most updated list of banned countries:
Algeria, Brazil, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates & Yemen.

Brazil, Lebanon & Oman need to be added to the list (if I haven’t missed any).

Yes, they are. But they are listed as temporarily banned.

We temporarily do not accept new registrations from the following countries: China, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.
