Just watched The Whale a few nights ago. Was prompted to do this because of it's near constant mention on a podcast I've been listening to.

Pretty solid, Aronofsky has a solid body of work (wasn't big into Mother! though). Brendan Fraser is truly horrific in the movie.

Hypnotic ( the idea was good but it could be better & little deeper if the director was Nolan )

Watched Michael Mann's Thief the other night.

Great movie tbf preferred this over Heat I think. worth a watch if you like 80s movies got some great visuals.

A movie called Hypnotic with Ben Affleck. I wouldn't really recommend it. It felt like watching a B movie.
