Maybe this is not obvious cuz TI doesn't contain many Arabic tracker reviews and that's why I'll be reviewing other Arabic trackers very soon.

ArabScene raised up to level 2.
HDAccess I think is fair on level 2 for now.

Be patient guys.

I know many ppl wants some trackers higher or lower but we trying to keep the trackers list as fair as possible.
Soon we will talk even further for this matter.
Keep in mind that the list is a combination of content, rarity, pretimes and speeds.
