also why not rank ipt and tl higher? they are truly the shit, theres almost nothing you cannot find on them and download speeds always impress. just because everyone has them, as you say in this thread, does not diminish their values.

ipt and tl are just were they should be atm, they have gr8 content but a lot of useles stuff and dead torrents to, and even if rarity is not that important , it still matters.Ipt is almost like a public tracker : you can find invites every were and if you still dont( cant belive that) you can buy yourself in from the tracker itself.Tl is a level under ipt just because of the content/difficulty to seed

hmm i guess you have a point there redstar.. i need to try out some of the other general trackers.. so far its been only those 2.. which one which you recommend most if you had to pick just 1?

if you have a seedbox get tl , but ipt if you dont have a seedbox and dont mind if the owners of ipt ddos other trackers

anyway you can try other good general trackers like filelist/ncore/xspeeds

Level Changes:

PTP: 7 ➜ 8
The reason is the same as for BTN. As the amount of members is approaching the user limit, they have closed all the official recruitment threads on other trackers, which makes it more difficult to join in than ever. Since BTN went one level higher, so should PTP.

ToTheGlory: 5 ➜ 6
With 47k active torrents, TTG is now the second biggest HD tracker after CHD and HDW went down. While the first biggest HD tracker HDBits with 70k active torrents is on level 10, it's not fair for the second biggest HD tracker to be only on level 5. Further more, they have their own encoding groups and recording groups. The recording groups are specialized in Chinese, Japanese and Korean TV content. The invite system is now completely closed. Considering TTG can not compete with CHD (level 7), level 6 should be good for it.

M-Team: 1 ➜ 6
M-Team should be one level higher than HDAccess. MT is one of the 3 trackers (including HDA), which have the ability to release Blu-rays even before retail. It is said that the uploader who uploads these releases is the same uploader on CHD. So the pre-time of both MT and HDA are the same. Content wise, MT is definitely a winner with 11.5k active HD torrents, while HDA has only 3.9k apart from XXX content. Not to forget that MT is the second largest tracker for Asian porn (24k active Asian torrents). It has recently established its own recording group MTeamTV. The difficulty to join in is almost the same for both trackers. In a word, MT is better than HDA in every aspect and should be one level higher.

CMCT: 2 ➜ 3
This is a level 5 tracker for Chinese but a level 3 tracker for non-Chinese. They have own encoding groups and recording groups. Their encodes are usually Chinese dubbed with 2 or more audios and multiple subs. Their recording groups are specialized in Chinese TV content. The invite system is closed.

CCFBits: 3 ➜ 1
CCF has only 14k active torrents, instead of 58k as it shows. The major problem its members complain about is the torrents imported from the outside of the tracker. These torrents usually show a great amount of seeders, but these seeders are actually from the outside of the tracker, which are very hard to connect. These torrents can be considered as dead torrents despite of the great amount of seeders. Another problem is the dupe rule. It is allowed to upload the same encodes by different groups even when the encoding sources and resolutions are the same. So there are many duplicated encodes on CCF, which makes the effective number of active torrents smaller than 14k. Content wise, there is nothing special on CCF. All the content can be found on other trackers. The invite is open and easy to get. Overall, this tracker is not worth level 3.

HDCenter: 4 ➜ 5
HDCenter is known as the German version of HDB. The internal encoding group HDC was one of the internal groups on HDB until they left HDB and established their own tracker HDCenter. The invite system is now completely closed, which increases the difficulty to join in. The only way is the official recruitment thread on HDB.

BitTorrentFiles: 2 ➜ 4
With 90k active torrents, BTF is now the biggest German general tracker. The invite system is closed now. They usually open the invite once every a few months. It's one of the best German general trackers. BTW. the tracker name in the list lacks a 't'.

Track Of Gods: 1 ➜ 4
Gods has less torrents (60k) than BTF, but it has a much more active request section, in which over 95% of the 13k requests are fulfilled. It's quite easy to keep ratio there because they have site wide freeleech from time to time and the bonus system is very generous. The invite system is now closed. Like BTF, it's one of the best German general trackers. This tracker should be on the same level as BTF.

U2: RIP ➜ 4
U2 was never dead. It's one of the best trackers for anime. U2 doesn't have as many torrents as AB (13k vs. 19k), but it's more specialized in untouched DISCs. U2 has 4.7k untouched DISCs while AB has only 1k. There are many exclusive content and plenty of seedboxes on U2. So the download speed is very fast. But those members with poor upload speed don't need to worry about maintaining their ratio because the bonus system is very generous. However it's very hard to join in U2, even for Chinese. They don't recruit from other trackers. The only way to get invited is to know someone there, who is in the high rank. Members there usually don't give out invites unless you prove yourself to be a great enthusiast of anime. This tracker should be on the same level as AB or even higher.

HDFrench-Zone: 3 ➜ RIP
The staff of HDFZ and HD-Dream have made a new tracker HD-Only. The new tracker is now turned into ratioless, which should be corrected in the tracker list.

EOTI has 0 links, not 350.000 like shown in tracker list.
With pain in my heart I have to say you need to make CHDbits and HDWing as RIP/dead.
Freshon.TV should be one level more as it's wanted at this moment with BTN not recruiting anymore, should replace BitmeTV(should be level 4, tracker's activity is low). Sceneaccess should be level 6, it's the best 0day tracker, very old with a kick-a** Archive section, best pretimes.
DigitalHive needs to be at least level 3 for best pretimes and invites wanted in the past months.

Since the old DEMONOID shut down. Up until recently I have only been on IPT. Definitely a good site. There is a lot of stuff on IPT probably like most sites but I have never had an issue. Seed you earn bonus points to purchase upload credit. Donate and you get more upload credit and immune to hit and runs. There is a lot of crap going on behind the scenes but I try not to get too caught up with it.
I just recently got in TORRENTLEECH (thanks emiralem for invite) and I have to say its a good site but I am not impressed. There is no benefit at TL unless you have a seedbox. Seeding is hard and You need a seedbox just to not get banned. Of course you can donate but even that won't save you after it expires if you don't keep up with seeding. Speeds are similar than what I'm use to. It should be a bit easier when you contribute. I will use it as my secondary site. I have been hearing a lot of good things about SCENEACCESS and PTP. Never been a member so I can't really rate them but hopefully someday for my own opinion.

Norbits in my opinion is rated far too high at 6. Although it is difficult to get into, their pretimes and selection is poor. The only thing they have going for them are the Norwegian subs that are included with encodes from other sites. Norbits at best is a 3, and only because of how hard it is to get into.
