@Yokel Gfxnews should be moved to Level 3 cause this tracker a lot of rare and old collection of Graphics,animation Tuts,tons of apps and stuff which you won't find it on any other gfx tracker,it also has a community full of professionals and enthusiasts in the field.The seeding on the tracker is also not easy cause there is no bonus system and Freeleech torrents to get ratio up,You have to get onto torrents early as there aren't many leechers mostly and big packs can hurt ratio.Currently the tracker has registration open but once it's closed it's hard to get into cause there is no invite system for past year or more.
Check out some new trackers list level up for "other" category!
AudioNews from lvl 3 to 4.
PAT from lvl 2 to 3.

@Yokel
The more I look at it, the more I believe HD-Torrents should be raised to a level 6 tracker. I'd put it on par, if not marginally better than AwesomeHD, and one level above HDAccess, as HDA is just too easy to get in. I'm not a member of HD-Spain, SceneHD or ToTheGlory so unfortunately I can't comment on these.
Besides HDBits and TTG, its got the largest userbase and most active torrent numbers. Although maintaining ratio is easy, I wouldn't deem this a bad thing its just there are a lot of leechers for all of its content. Obtaining an invite is quite difficult, as they are a rare commodity due to the fact they can only be bought for 1000 bonus points (which take forever to accrue as you're given 0.008 per torrent and 0.002 per GB per hour). Their internal releases are fantastic, such as KRaLiMaRKo and HiDT, plus they end up getting releases from most other trackers anyway at decent pre-times.
My only real gripe is that they should set a more stringent standard for uploads by promoting the use of media info. This is one thing AHD do better, and it allows for greater control of releases and ensuring the lower quality ones don't slip through the cracks. Otherwise, it is a bit too easy to rank up but that's quite a non-issue.
Some sites like AHD and PTP require you to post the video/audio encoding details of the torrents you upload. Media info is a program which analyses a file and generates a report with this information. It's a good way to quickly analyse the quality of a release, and AHD actually goes a step further and has a ranking system, with the highest quality torrents receiving 'AHD Gold' status. In my comment I was just stating that HDT doesn't have such a system in place, and hence, mods can't check on the quality of a release without downloading the actual file, which means some lower quality releases from less than reputable release groups sneak through.
I partially agree with you. It would be better to have MediaInfos. But they have trump rules. They don't allow more than one encode for each resolution. Encodes with higher quality can trump lower quality. Of course, screenshots must be provided so that the mods don't have to download the encodes to make the comparison. So it's not that hard to judge which one is better.
AHD and PTP on the other hand have so called Golden Torrents because they allow more than one encode for each resolution. The mark of Golden Torrent can tell people which one has the best quality.
