I already explained thoroughly their major differencies:

1) 99,99% of BitHQ's content is available on Cinematik.
2) Cinematik is specializing in custom dvd and blu-ray, and they have a tremendously huge quantity of them, not present on any other tracker (not even on HDBits!! ) This is very rare stuff.
3) BitHQ's invites can be very easily found (we have here an unlimited giveaway also) while Cinematik's are much more rare (a look at our giveaways is indicative).
