    The only thing I got when searching on Google was my own post on TI.org and when searching TI couldn't find anything except TNT Tracker...

    And what about Austrian trackers ? I doubled searched that and didn't find nothing conclusive too...

    With the right key words you will find a lot of posts about German trackers.
    Take your time, check those with a review here, and then google for more info f.e., "german private trackers".
