    Ok. But if show is available on Netflix in 4K then WEB-DL 4K can be available.

    Moreover You S02 2160p NF WEBRip DDP5.1 x264-NTb is available i am looking for at least similar release

    From what I've found only season 2 is available in 4K. Season 1 has first aired on Lifetime channel, made only in HD. After Netflix has picked it up, Season 2 has been made in 4K HDR.

    Is season 1 available as 4K on Netflix? That release for season 2 is from BTN, but there is no 2160p release for season 1. If such quality is available on Netflix it would've been there.
