Points obtained in the following activities:

Upload • 1 torrent (after moderator approval): 5 points (daily maximum annyiért as according to rank, you can upload)
fulfillment • 1 request point offered by users (only then go after a moderator checked the upload)
• day 1 oldallátogatásért 1 point (involves daily it up one time point)
• 100 MB upload one day: 1 point (involves daily it up one time point)
• 1 GB download 1 day 1 point (involves daily maximum 1 time in her point )

I think the fastest way to get lots of BONUS points on Ncore is to fulfil a request having huge amount of points.

yep as m8s said , best way fill request , and dont forget to to log in every day if that possible to get one point ,btw i think this system works in iNsane Hung tracker as well every log in get one point .
