I can't access my PTM account, I write the pin but the username and password box don't appear. what shall I do?

I tried IE, Firefox and google chrome but non is working. could this happen if my account is disabled ?. I didn't use it for more than 2 months now but I faced this issue about one month ago.

Not sure about PTM. I think the pin works and when you try to login with user/pass you get the disable message. But maybe someone else can give input on this

If account is disable at PTM, you can't see a clear message about that. You only stuck at the pin entering page and it never redirects you to the login page.
Don't waste your time with their IRC as I remember it needs you to register your name and such bla bla so it would be easier to get new invite after clearing cookies,rebooting router, etc and next time use your account as PTM is a very good ratioless tracker.

I hope your are typing PIN & not copy pasting it, pasting pin wont work on PTN
