You have three (3) attempts before you are permanently banned from interviews. A cooldown of 48 hours is needed in order for the system to unban you which allows you to connect to the recruitment IRC again.

In terms of the screenshot, it should be a page of your profile, not the little widget that goes across the page, it must show your name, ratio, join date and other information on there. It will not be edited, other than hiding your passkey, other than that you will not be able to crop anything off the screenshot.

Major point, you must show your IRC client to prove the legitimacy of your screenshot, this needs to show your interview. Resize this window to fit to show both the profile and the IRC client.
