Do you have issues on other trackers? Did you try with another browser on Apollo?

Are you using an Apollo authorised client? Bare in mind some trackers do not allow being connected via certain applications. Have a look on their forum/Rules/FAQ for more info, I am not apart of Apollo so I can't tell you which ones are approved.
