Recently been invited to open.cd. I've read the rules, faq and forums and can't find the exact info I'm looking for. The site is in Chinese (sadly, the option to select English does not apply when I try to) and google translate's traduction is unclear. What I've gathered as info is that I need to upload 5gb, download 5gb, seed for 500 days equivalent within 30 days to keep my account. Up to that point I understand. However, when I try to download something to start getting some stats, the tracker responds "Access denied, leeching forbidden".

I am using an authorized client, utorrent. utorrent and website connection is from same ip.

Am I under obligation to upload new content to tracker?
