Seed all torrents for a total of 72 hours or a 1:1 ratio. Seeding only begins after you finish downloading 100% of the torrent. You have 10 days to meet this requirement.
You will receive a hit and run for each torrent that you fail to meet the above requirements on. You will be banned if you have 5 or more hit and runs.
