1. BeyondHD is ratioless, but you need to upload within the 10 days of the torrent downloaded to improve ratio and not getting H&R warning.
2. HD-MKV seed for at least 3 days or 1:1 ratio.

The rule "try to keep a 1:1" actually exist for both trackers. But if your overall ratio is good, even if you H&R more likely they will not notice you. For low ratios is opposite.
If you intentionally H&R, you risk get banned. If you want, write down simply 1 ratio.
