Read my post above. It explains your problems to the letter.
You are downloading 10 day old torrents and you expect ratio? Even 1 day torrents aremold. 45 leechers mean nothing as I said above. And even if they are actually leeching you are not alone in seeding. There are all the other seeders sharing the same torrent you are
