Can you provide a bit more information? What client, is your ISP/Country banned, are you using a seedbox, are you using a proxy/vpn?

i will tell you some issuse
1- the download stuck in connecting to peer 0.0
2- i am using the utorrent client
3- the seed 0 and peer 0
4- the isp not baned and i am not using proxy or vpn
please help me i wanna to download these files .

Can't download either mate, nothing wrong with your setup.
This seems like an open tracker and I wouldn't suggest downloading from there anyway. You better sign-up at a good private tracker like IPTorrents and be safe (or safer)

You can get IPTorrents or other private trackers on TI , by several ways like :

Check the GiveAway section mate. You can download on IPTorrents for free but have in mind that it's a ratio based tracker, meaning you need to seed back what you are downloading.

Ok. As most people said it is you at all.. The 0-seed and 0-peer is the key here. That file has no one seeding it, and regretfully you can't get that file.
