404 forbidden most probably mean either IP ban or country ban...Try with a VPN and check if your account is still working.
If yes, try to change your IP.
Check your current IP online and write it down. Power off your router for 5 minutes and restart. Recheck your IP. If it changed check the tracker again.
If still forbidden then it's a country ban. If VPN works it might be your only solution
