From what i know on HDW and CHD all new registered users must pass a begginer/newbee assesment. You have to download/upload/seed a certain amount of GB/torrents in a period of 30 days. thats what i had to go thru when i joined this 2 trackers

So if you are not willing/able to keep ur pc open and download/upload/seed many GB of movies you wont survive and you will be banned/disabled in 30 days

You can try HD-Torrents or BitHDTV untill then
