Banned from a tracker because the person who invited me got caught as a "inviter" how toast is that tracker now?

lol. what is "inviter"? do you mean a trader? I think you mean "trader/seller"
You need to prepare explanations that you know him, and of course, how do you know him?, from where? how were you invited?
Prepare reasonable answers
You might be asked all of your other trackers, if you answer what you have, then: that tracker's staff will try to have a look at your accounts and your account might still be disabled, lol.
Your list of trackers and accounts will likely NOT help. But that those staff may welcome you after a time if they are sure you're a good user on those other trackers. lol. It needs time to heal your pain, too. So there is no need to hurry.
Please remember you might have a "global" if you list all of your accounts, or even logging in other trackers using the same IP that you ask for an unban.

The Cabal is usually referred to a group of people working together for a common cause. We saw the Cabal in Marvel comics and also a season of The Blacklist.

I would assume The Cabal trackers are the ones working together exchanging user info so that when a user is caught doing something against the rules, all trackers ban that user eg. all .click trackers or PTP, CG, HDB, etc

That's probably why they still exists.Since they provide links to MPAA -RIAA material these ones have a lot to fear.
