Dont know if 20MBs upload speed is slow...thats MBs not 20 Mbs.How many users do you think have more than 200Mbs upload link, very ,very few not many have 1 Gbs seedboxes and with a 20MBs upload you can build a very big buffer in days not months and on a tracker like filelist ratio is your last worry
