Filelist upload problem!

In their forums it's stated that any upload amount made with a speed > 20 MB/s is not counted.

Dont know if 20MBs upload speed is slow...thats MBs not 20 Mbs.How many users do you think have more than 200Mbs upload link, very ,very few

not many have 1 Gbs seedboxes and with a 20MBs upload you can build a very big buffer in days not months

and on a tracker like filelist ratio is your last worry

that is true,filelist comes after IPT when it comes to high ratio building
and it is more easier than IPT as torrents don't die quickly

I guess they want to give a chance to more users seed with slower connection
