when u already seeding torrent on one tracker and u want same torrent to seed elsewhere then u must download same torrent on that other tracker so utorrent client or whatever u using can recheck and if files are 100% ok in client u will start to seed it


maybe there is noone to seed ,is tracker working under tracker tab? u get any error ect
