You have to use a proxy if you don't reside in one of the following countries:

Bulgaria
Spain
Portugal
Estonia
Lithuania
Latvia
Serbia
Turkey
Russia
Croatia

Meaning that the rest of the countries are banned.

Definitely, ban all English speaking coubtries, looks like li wants the Cluster of some East European Countries ONLY!

But still does NOT solve my problem with a Good URL or IP proxy, suggstion that I can access the XXX section and able to Post a comment or start a thread in their International Forum?
