So to make a long story short, I can no longer access my Brownstone account.
I had originally set up 2-part Authentication with the Google Authenticator App but due to issues with my phone I had to restore it. When I restored from a back-up, the sites that I used with the app are no longer shown in the app.
Is there a way to get back the lost sites on the app?

No idea about the app and how it works, but for your BrokenStones account you should visit their IRC and they will help you
