tbh, I could only guess where to find such Content, animebytes might one possible source, they have a lot of anime Content, while I'm not sure if they also support non-japanese animes, U2 might be another one, I've seen Content like Rick and Morty, while U2's main Content ist japan anime. another source could be BTN, they have tons of tv Shows (including a lot fo Animes and non-english Content). there's also an HD Tracker for corean Content (HDCorea).

unfortunately all of them are quite hard to get into.

I have accounts on all these sites and none of them have retro Korean animations.

hdon.co.kr used to have them on VOD service but this site shut down in 2013/2014 and many of shows now are considered lost.
