It's essentially using the seedbox's server as a VPN. It's very easy to install and quite good in fact. I've been using it every now and again to watch Netflix. Though, you are limited to only having a Netherlands connection while a normal VPN service will have a collection of different countries to choose from.

Also, because it operates with a static ip you can use it to browse your trackers, something you wouldn't be able to do with most VPN providers. This is if you really don't want your ISP finding out about your activities. It's still recommended to let staff know that you're going to use their site with a VPN so they don't ban you for having multiple IPs.
