I'm a member, and while the end user side of the product is absolutely fine. I don't get any sense of community from them, there's no forum, the ideas board is dead with little to no tools to talk to other people. No IRC for quick help groups.
Not a dig, but just what i see so far after 1 month.
No traffic limits would be great too but one can only wish!
