what I truly love and appreciate is R&B, and when I say R&B, I mean real!! R&b, not what they call R&B now, but the classic soul, with real!! instruments (real drums, real horns, natural keyboards), none of that fake electronic garbage, from an era when every major recording studio had their own in-house "studio musicians" that played on all the big records and gave each studio its own distinctive sound. and am I the only one out there anymore that hates rap (some of the most foul, violent, misogyginistic, untalented crap my ears have ever had the displeasure of being exposed to)
