For example 5TB bandwidth as per your example can build you 1TB buffer in 5 trackers.
Don't know about you but this can last me for a supply of TV shows for a lifetime. And I really don't care if I make this buffer in 1 month, 1 week or 1 day. Still the same buffer

Anyway in conclusion....average seedbox speed makes little to no difference. It's up to the end user to decide which seedbox to purchase according to his needs which can be hard disk space, speed, bandwidth, budget...and the list goes on
