What you mention only works if there are a few torrents, in my case that does not work because I don't know the name of the torrents and they are many torrents/files

The thing is that I deleted the .torrent without the content, so those files only get in the way and I want to delete them completely, I don't even remember the names of the torrents or the trackers

The only thing I can think about is to erase the whole contents of the seedbox, to be sure, but that would be very damaging to me since I have old torrents and things that I don't want to erase, even torrents where I am the last seeder
just stop those torrents and delete/data and you don't have to remember anything, I do this and have 3 seedboxes, 2 of them I use rutorrent, never had a problem so far..

if you start deleting only the torrent file, you will end up with zillions of data and wont know anymore where you are in your seedbox(es)
