The speed is one thing but there are still issues you should give attention :

- Upload congestion a.k.a The client of your seedbox will always struggle when it comes to seed to many many peers at the same time. I'm pretty sure almost all providers allow a number max of peers per client...even though this isnt written in the contract

- Never pay for a limited amount of data per month and then your speed is decreased... Always go for unmetered, unlimited bandwith. I'm an hardcore uploader and my seedbox upload from 1 To to 5 To per day...
at the end of the month I may have uploaded 150 To so... providers with metered bandwith are a no go zone for me.
