@Tonmoy1366, two things that you need to keep in mind when you run a VM from Windows.

When you NAT, check what IP is assigned to the VM and then reserve that IP on your router, then make sure that all your forwarding rules are pointing to that IP.

Use Nmap 7.00 to test if your ports are open once you have done all your settings.

Also make sure that your VM does not share the drive when using it as a seedbox, rather map the drive between Linux and Windows than sharing it.
I did successfully forwarded the ports and everything's green now. Sometimes peers connect but the upload speed is ridiculously low. Maintaining ratio would be impossible at this rate.

This happens to every single torrent, even when I'm the only seeder and there's 10-12 peers.
