You need direct link to that folder to re-share the file? Or to download it to your computer?
If it's to reshare you need the FileShare plugin for rutorrent
If it's to download it to your PC use an FTP client.

IF your seedbox allows shell access you can use putty and get shell access to type your commands.

But all these depend on what access your seedbox provider gives you.
