It is not a matter of seedbox seeding, second seedbox seeding or home seeding or seeding from work.
Trackers care for IPs, not where are you seeding from.
Check your trackers's rules and you will see how many IPs you are allowed to use. Most times it will be 3, as already said.
Those 3 could be home, work, seedbox, or 3 seedboxes
