I got two seedbox. Is it dangerous (to be get banned) adding torrents from the same tracker to both seedbox?

you mean seeding from both seedboxes or leeching and seed from both

First download then seeding from the same tracker with both seedboxes (each seedboxes have different torrents but from same tracker) 2 seedboxes 2 different IP addresses that's why I concerned about it.

Mostly all high level trackers allow seeding from 3 different location (mean IP) maximum but torrents should be different (which already mentioned).

Concept behind allowing 3 different location(IP) is that member can use seedbox for adding large torrent/ recently added to create buffer, 2nd can be use download needful torrents from his home location & 3 rd one will be helpful if member gonna migrate seedbox or bought another storage box.

Some exception tracker are FileList & Chinese trackers. Just read their seeding rules before going for it

don't know the thing it is different with each tracker policy some agrees and even encourage it i hear some don't

What about this? I stopped all torrents one of my seedbox. And now start to seed from another seedbox. Will I be safe?

yes i think this is safe but the easiest way is to contact mod in the tracker and clear the matter with him

Asking them multi seedbox question may turn to spotlights on me so I decided to seed only one of my seedbox. I guess there'd be some What.cd minded admins lurking around to satisfy hunger of their EGO.

You can seed from 3 different IPs on What.cd (as @DGM said). You have nothing to worry about that, brother.
