There are many advantages on a seedbox but, those with slow internet do benefit way more than those with fast internet. Is it for both? Yes, it's for everybody and it wouldn't matter if internet is slow or fast as their use is diversy and will accomplish tasks that a normal PC can not. Like being on 24/7!
