@aghil Yeah, MPV is on my radar if I can't get MPC-HC/madVR to do what I want.

Infuse/Jellyfin
VLC for me!
Fire TV Stick and Plex
love to see that VLC is not losing its popularity even after all those years, free and opensource for the win :D
VLC too
Yep, I've been using VLC for many years and well, it just works!
I used to use VLC, but since I tried MPV, I fell in love. Now I cannot watch a movie using another player, you should give it a try.
MediaPlayerClassic
What kind of question is that ?! (just joking)
VLC ofc :)
VLC (on mobile too).
mostly use Jellyfin,
locally sometimes VLC.
VLC
mpv incredibly simple, stable, and capable
VLC for most items. PotPlayer for the most stubborn of files like TS files for easy seeking.
Plex
For media sharing on the home server- plex. Tho I'd not recommend it if you are running older techs. I hear Jellyfin is quite better since its open source and all that.
For device player Im going with MK player. Found it by a total chance in the Mircosoft store. So far it serves me well. Tried many others, but they all simply lacked the functionalities that I need
Media player classic is where its at...
Hi
Which player is the best to play 2160p HDR and dolby vision?
I watch HDR through a regular player when I plug the usb into the TV, but for dolby vision I use "kodi" because only it manages to start dovi. Do you think it reproduces the color qualities well? I can't decide whether hdr10 or dolby vision is better. I think that Kodi may not provide full quality, or there is simply no purpose for prayers?
Plex or VLC depending on if I'm gonna be at my computer or not.
MPV Player
I used QNAP as NAS and through PLEX I watch movies
