ALmost every game from big companies looks very good graphic wise now.. So gameplay is more important nowadays.

Gameplay, but it's hard to convince me that a game has a good gameplay. I can tell you after 5 minutes if i like the gameplay or not. For example i played guild wars 2 for 2 minutes and sell it at the same day.
I think the question itself is kind of funny in an ironic sort of way. Almost everybody will come in here and say it's a no brainer that gameplay is better than graphics, but it seems like amazing graphics usually sell games. A lot of times you'll just see some great looking screenshots and already everybody is foaming at the mouth with their wallets at hand.
Eye candies are a plus for me but gameplay is equally important as well.
Dont know why this is even a question
Gameplay > Graphics
No point in looking at eye candy if you cant play. Same reason I dont understand strip joints![]()
there should balance between all of game aspect .story , graphic , gameplay & ...
A year ago I would have said that it's a gameplay. But now I think it's an atmosphere and a story. After years of gameplaying gameplay seems the same in almost every game. And it doesn't bother me anymore.
I think both are very important :/
hands down game play...graphics icing on the cake![]()
Personally I can still play old games and love them if the gameplay is good. The graphics I can get over for engaging storyline or good multi-player. I still love half-life even though by today's graphics its behind.
