Additional information:	Join #bakabt-invite to join the queue for an interview. Be prepared to be patient, as an interview can take over 24 hours after joining the channel to happen. Take that time to read the wiki and familiarize yourself with the culture over there. There is no penalty for HnR - they are a ratio only tracker. The interview is easy to pass if you've common sense, and only requires one ratio proof.

You have to join one of their IRC channels, apply for an interview, and wait for a millennium before being visited by a basement-dwelling virgin who will ask you a couple of dumb questions. That doesn't mean it's open, @cobaltblue. Without mentioning that their interviewing process has been there forever. I won't judge you cause you're apparently an Indian.
