Does this tracker offer something new or more than current best general trackers? Or it is simply worse alternative?

Well, obviously it can't compare with those high level trackers, but it could be better than some of the other low level ones. At least it's in English. As for the content, you'll have to judge for yourself this always depends from person to person. Also the fact that it keeps going after a few years, is definitely a plus - nobody likes to use a tracker that just closes down and it looks to me that this one has at least 5 years of existence. Another interesting fact is that almost all of those torrents are on various seedboxes, so there's always at least 1 seeder(about 20 dead torrents out of 11500). Personally, I've never seen anything like it before. Usually, on small trackers there's lots and I mean LOTS of dead torrents, but fortunately not the case here.
