Just read the rules. It's simple - you are active then you have account for longer. Activity means = downloading and seeding. Or you pay 3euro for eternal account ONE TIME and then you dont have to worry about deleting cause of inactivity. If you break the rules/faq you know what gift for that is . Ratio is useless. You just need seed here is quote from H&R system:

The Torrent is automatically added to this list after downloading 5% of its data.
You must seed the torrent minimum 48h through a period of 14 days.
After doing so, the torrent will be deleted from the list.
If You get a warning, You can "delete" it by seeding a torrent for 150h.
Eight HNR = block downloading new torrents
If you have 10 HNRs your account will be banned.
