Try to register without translate the page, some trackers give problems if you translate the page in signup

By the way give some minutes to recibe the email if you registered some minutes ago, also check the spam, did you registered successfully?

@The Night @Ronin21 if you can't register then maybe is not really open, several trackers has their signup open but does not work anyway, an example: http://tsctracker.net/signup.php

I used Outlook, The registration was succesful but I didnt receive the confirmation email so far

Sorry for the late reply. You don't actually need to activate the account through email. Just log in and it should be okay.
