Interesting. I'm not sure why that's happening to you. Maybe try using a US based proxy server to try and register?

I just tested using VPN.
For some countries it is closed and for others the "Sign-up" is open.

Yep that's what I thought. @MaGmaR Using a US based proxy to signup should work since registrations seem to be open here. You shouldn't need the proxy after that since you already see the site, just the signups seem closed.

Yeah, the free registration is not available for some countries. If someone wants to join and doesnt have access to a VPN. Simply give your Email and your desired username, i will help you get in there.
