I'm still waiting.

I have filled out the application for an invite. As the page closed it seems to briefly mention a 'captcha', maybe as an error, but I not see anyu captcha on the application page?

I did not notice any captcha, I did notice in the right corner of the screen there was a message with a green tick that the application was accepted for consideration.

When the application asks for URL proof, would that be to an imgur screenshot? Same for profile URL?

I used imgur for the screenshots.
For links, I just inserted the URL of the profile on the tracker, a screenshot of which I posted on imgur.
