Libble is a fairly good music tracker has torrents almost every genre and format. Their speeds are not the best but pretty good. They don't have a ratio system but they have a share system. If you share/upload, you get points but if you do HnR you lost points. Once your points drops to -10, you get warning and if you drop to -10 three times, your account gets banned. After you reach bronze level -or above- you get invites. They releases some mixtapes and they are all freeleech. You can find some nice collages as well.
