Partis.si is the largest and best Slovenian private tracker. It has a huge no. of torrents as any other leading general trackers and pre-times is also very good. Speed is also amazing.
The community of 400k+ members is very active and amazing.Its forum has a separate page for jokes and memes sharing.
Large amount of torrents are freeleech and new torrents never die so you can build up huge buffer very easy even without seedbox. It has more than 200k+ uploads categorized in various categories like any top tier general trackers. They have two whole separate sections for children and XXX categories.
Tracker interface is in Slovenian and can be easily translated using Google translate. The site webpages contains ads but not click-baits or pop-up ads.
They don't have bonus points system but again very very easy to build good ratio there.

Actually a good tracker, has alot of content, its popularity has dropped a bit after the servers burned in OVH disaster. Seems to be getting back on track. Good for regional (Slovenian, Croatian, etc) content.

yes u have to login but it's public They are using open public servers for announcement without user passkey (also DHT, LSD, PEX are enabled)

No Ratio or rules or anything like any public Tracker and many files are dead
